Marketing Director

About the role

Rosendorff Diamond Jewellers is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Director to own and grow marketing across every channel. You will work directly with the Managing Director, influencing business growth and gaining fast‑track senior management exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and calendar for both online and showroom channels.
• Manage and grow the Shopify Plus store, including campaigns, promotions and customer experience.
• Plan and execute email marketing in Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation).
• Manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, either directly or via contractors.
• Brief and guide external content, creative and ads contractors.
• Use data and analytics to optimise performance, cut ineffective tactics and report results.
• Help shape new collections, launches and brand projects.
• Answer client calls and emails, delivering a warm, professional experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing for an ecommerce or retail brand.
• Hands‑on skills with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable making data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ownership mentality and ability to treat the business as your own.
• Jewellery experience not required – training will be provided.

What we offer

• Full‑time, on‑site role in Perth CBD, Monday to Friday.
• Salary $90,000–$120,000 plus bonus package, based on experience and results.
