Marketing Coordinator

About the role

SilverChef is seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. You will work across CRM, social media, digital and web channels, helping to deliver campaigns that engage customers and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer marketing campaigns via email, SMS, web and digital channels.
• Build and maintain customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain and grow organic social media presence across Australia and New Zealand.
• Contribute to SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
• Create engaging marketing content for multiple channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a coordinator role.
• Strong copywriting, communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Canva, GA4 and Hootsuite (or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude.
