Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join the Perri Cutten team in Malvern. Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will help bring seasonal campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, events and brand activations to life across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, approve, test, schedule and analyse EDM and SMS campaigns.
• Support influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, gifting programmes and campaign reporting.
• Assist with customer events, store openings, VIP nights, fashion showcases and other brand activations.
• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, asset management and marketing calendar.
• Manage social media posting, scheduling and community interaction.
• Partner with stores and shopping centres on local marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Organise eCommerce photoshoots, including talent, product, locations and image delivery.
• Track marketing invoices, budgets, competitor activity and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
• Hands‑on experience with email (EDM) and SMS marketing platforms.
• Exposure to social media content creation and community management.
• Proven ability to coordinate events, activations or brand experiences.
• Experience working with influencers, ambassadors or brand partners.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Passion for women’s fashion and premium brands.
