Marketing Coordinator – Integrated Campaigns

About the role

RAC is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to join its Brand & Marketing team. The role will support integrated marketing initiatives across the Motoring, Finance and Home Services portfolio, ensuring consistent customer experiences across digital, print and in‑branch channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of above‑the‑line (ATL) and below‑the‑line (BTL) campaigns across digital, print and owned media.
• Create and maintain marketing communications including website content, social media posts, e‑mail direct mail (eDMs), internal updates and promotional collateral.
• Support product and service launches in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Manage production, inventory and distribution of marketing assets across multiple touchpoints.
• Update planograms and in‑branch marketing materials for Auto Services Centres and Member Service Centres.
• Maintain accurate website pricing and product information.
• Coordinate legal, compliance, brand and product approvals for all communications.
• Monitor online review platforms and assist with reputation management.
• Run SMS and direct messaging campaigns for service reminders and renewals.
• Liaise with external suppliers and production partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Organise photoshoots, promotional campaigns and incentive programs as required.
• Conduct quarterly site visits to support marketing execution.
• Measure campaign effectiveness through reporting and post‑campaign analysis.
• Assist with marketing budget administration, purchase orders and expense reconciliation.
• Provide market research and competitor analysis support for business planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
• End‑to‑end campaign management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
