Marketing Campaign Manager – Growth Focus

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Marketing Campaign Manager to lead growth‑focused campaigns for IVF Australia and Queensland Fertility Group. Reporting to the senior Marketing & Patient Experience team, you will coordinate with doctors, creative partners and internal stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end campaigns that acquire patients and support doctor growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead campaign planning, execution and performance reporting across national and local markets.
• Develop detailed campaign briefs and manage delivery with internal teams, agencies and creative partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and business leaders.
• Create marketing content and oversee production of campaign assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Conduct performance reviews, stakeholder meetings and present insights to senior leadership.
• Analyse doctor activity, identify growth opportunities and design doctor‑specific growth plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and growth‑marketing initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience working with agencies, creative teams and campaign delivery partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• High organisational and project‑management abilities with a proactive, self‑sufficient approach.
• Background in healthcare, professional services or complex stakeholder environments is highly regarded.
