Marketing Assistant

About the role

Expert360 is looking for a Marketing Assistant to shape how the company presents itself to investors and the market. You will produce and polish presentations, documents and website content while supporting investor communications and ensuring data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage investor communications, coordinating inputs for quarterly and annual reports and handling day‑to‑day queries.
• Own the quarterly “single source of truth” dataset, reconciling figures across teams.
• Maintain the data room – structure, version control, access permissions and preparation for fundraising or due‑diligence.
• Pull together and format presentations, reports and documents to a consistent, professional standard.
• Keep the website up to date with content, team details, portfolio information and news.
• Ensure CRM data consistency by cleaning records, filling gaps and promoting good habits.

Required profile

• Experience in a marketing, communications or coordination role, preferably in investment, funds management or professional services.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a habit of checking numbers and wording before publication.
• Organised, self‑directed and able to juggle reporting deadlines alongside day‑to‑day requests.
• Interest in impact investing and its outcomes.

Required skills

• Strong PowerPoint and Word formatting skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data reconciliation.
• Experience with a CRM platform.
• Familiarity with data‑room platforms; website CMS experience is a plus.
