Marketing and Design Specialist

About the role

Clipex is seeking a Marketing and Design Specialist to lead the creation of print, web and digital assets for its regional fencing and stockyard solutions. This full‑spectrum, in‑house position will take concepts from brief to market, supporting product launches, events and ongoing brand communication across rural Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute press advertising for regional newspapers, ensuring compliance with newsprint specifications.
• Design multipage brochures, catalogues and product literature using master pages and style sheets.
• Create, build and deploy eDM campaigns to the customer database.
• Construct landing pages and web content that showcase product features and drive digital campaigns.
• Produce social media assets that align with campaign messaging across channels.
• Manage print production, liaising with printers on quotes, specifications, schedules and quality control.
• Capture and edit photography and video content to support marketing materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality print and digital design work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating depth in print, web and digital projects delivered on time.
• Ability to work closely with branch managers, solutions specialists and field teams.
• Willingness to travel to regional branches, field days and expos.
