Marketing and Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing and Design Specialist to lead the creation of print, web and digital assets for Clipex, a family‑owned fencing and stockyard solutions provider serving rural Australia. Based in regional Queensland or New South Wales, you will work hands‑on from brief to market, supporting product launches, promotions and community events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full creative lifecycle – brief, concept, design, final artwork and delivery – across print, digital, web and video channels.
• Produce press advertising for regional newspapers, ensuring correct newsprint, ink weight and technical specifications.
• Design and layout multipage brochures, catalogues and product literature using master pages and style sheets.
• Create, build and deploy eDMs to the customer base.
• Develop landing pages and web content that showcase product features and support digital campaigns.
• Generate social media content that ties campaigns together across channels.
• Oversee print production, liaising with printers on quotes, specifications, schedules and quality control.
• Capture photography and video content to support marketing assets.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Solutions Specialists and attend field days, expos and events.

Required profile

• Seasoned in‑house creative with a strong portfolio demonstrating depth in print, web and digital design.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality work at pace and on time.
• Experience working with product‑focused teams and understanding of rural‑market requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
