About the role
Better Health Network is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Advisor to join its Victorian Pride Centre in St Kilda. You will partner with internal teams to develop and deliver consistent, accessible communications across digital and traditional channels.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage content for social media, employee newsletters, printed materials and digital campaigns.
- Create templates and provide guidance on design software, website CMS and HTML email platforms for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure brand consistency, accessibility and engagement across all communication outputs.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or communications.
- Over 7 years’ experience in communications, preferably within health, not‑for‑profit or community sectors.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience using website content management systems.
- Knowledge of HTML email platforms and digital advertising tools.
