Manufacturing Operator – Beverage Production

About the role

Join Suntory Oceania at the brand‑new Swanbank facility and operate world‑class equipment to produce high‑quality beverages. You will work on 24/7 shifts, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate high‑speed, automated production and packaging lines with confidence.
• Perform flavour and pack changeovers accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor, test and inspect output to guarantee GMP, HACCP and safety compliance.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues quickly to keep the line running smoothly.
• Carry out autonomous maintenance activities, including cleaning and equipment inspections.

Required profile

• Experience in manufacturing or fast‑paced production environments (FMCG a plus).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts across a 24/7 roster.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Operation of high‑speed automated production and packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of production machinery.
