Manager, Performance & Digital Experience

About the role

HomeMade is seeking a senior leader to shape its digital acquisition strategy, overseeing performance marketing, search, and conversion optimisation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will guide a small team and agency partners to drive measurable customer acquisition and improve the digital journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing and search strategy across paid search, paid social, display, SEO and emerging AI‑led search opportunities.
• Own media planning, budget allocation, channel priorities and performance targets aligned with business objectives.
• Lead SEO agency relationship, set priorities and improve search visibility, traffic quality and acquisition.
• Own CRO roadmap, run experiments on landing pages, forms, messaging and key digital journeys to boost conversion.
• Produce reporting on qualified leads, CPL, CAC, conversion rates and translate data into investment recommendations.
• Coach and develop the Performance & Digital Experience team, manage agency partners and foster a test‑and‑learn culture.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition or search.
• Proven track record of setting strategy, managing significant media budgets and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability with experience measuring qualified leads, CPL, CAC and conversion metrics.
• Leadership experience managing teams, agency partners and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Search Console, SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Similarweb
• CRO and experimentation tools like Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Convert
• Google Tag Manager (GTM) and experience with data attribution and BI dashboards
