About the role

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking an experienced management consultant to join its Energy Practice in Australia. The role involves leading case teams, building long‑term client relationships, and shaping strategy for the Australian energy ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple case teams and own end‑to‑end case execution.
• Develop and maintain deep relationships with clients, converting findings into implementable solutions.
• Drive practice development, business development and client conversion opportunities.
• Coach and mentor team members, contributing to office morale and wellbeing.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably with exposure to the energy sector.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience managing teams or projects from start to finish.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast‑paced environments and willing to travel.

Required skills

• Experience advising clients in energy transition, oil & gas, or electricity value chain.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
