- Work with model owners, developers and validators on validations, reviews and remediation
- Facilitate governance sessions with senior stakeholders, prepare papers and track decisions and actions
- Build and maintain dashboards (e.g. Power BI) on model estate health, findings and performance, and turn technical outcomes into clear insights for leadership and committees
- Support internal audit, assurance and regulatory reviews with audit-ready outputs
- Build governance maturity: consistent rhythms, templates, documentation, playbooks, checklists and SOPs, and escalate issues early
- Represent the team in working groups and forums and support the Executive Manager
Required profile

- Understanding of Financial Crime and/or Fraud (e.g. transaction monitoring, customer risk assessment, screening)
- Experience working with model owners, developers, validators and governance teams
- Confidence presenting papers and challenging constructively
- Tertiary qualification in a quantitative, risk or related discipline, and/or financial crime credentials such as CAMS
