About the role

Join UNIQLO’s Management Candidate (UMC) Graduate Program and start your retail career in an Australian store, aiming to become a Store Manager within 12 months. You will learn all aspects of store operations from the ground up while receiving structured training and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the UNIQLO brand experience.
• Supervise, motivate and develop store team members to drive performance.
• Create and manage work schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and monitor inventory levels.
• Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) completed between June 2025 and January 2027.
• Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• Flexible to work rostered store hours, including evenings and public holidays.
• Willingness to relocate across Australian states at program start.
• Passion for retail, commitment to excellence, leadership ambition and market insight.

• Full‑time permanent contract with an annual salary of $90,720 (including superannuation).
