Management Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Management Accountant to join our boutique advisory firm and work closely with a diverse range of businesses. You will provide strategic financial insights, manage client relationships and support growth initiatives through robust reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Client management including action plans, workflow, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Preparation of monthly management financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Technical responsibilities such as tax processes (GST, PAYG, FBT, PRT) and detailed financial analysis.

Required profile

• CA or CPA qualification with at least 5 years of experience in public practice or commerce.
• Strong foundation in accounting fundamentals and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction at all levels.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously.

Required skills

• Management accounting and reporting.
• Business taxation processes (GST, PAYG, FBT, PRT).
• Use of virtual communication platforms and remote desktop tools.
