Maintenance Technician – Electrical & Mechanical

About the role

Join Dematic, a global leader in automation and robotics, as a Maintenance Technician in Warwick. You will work on a rotation shift, alternating two weeks of day shift and two weeks of afternoon shift, supporting both electrical and mechanical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, including PLC, Siemens S7, and SCADA systems.
• Maintain accurate records in the MEX CMMS and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Australian Trade Qualification – Cert III Mechanical Trade, Cert III Electrotechnology, or an unrestricted electrical licence.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with prior maintenance experience.
• Effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Siemens S7 and SCADA platforms.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiarity with MEX CMMS (training provided if not experienced).
