Maintenance Manager – Moulding

About the role

The Maintenance Manager – Moulding leads maintenance, tooling, calibration and equipment reliability for moulding operations, ensuring high uptime, quality and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs for moulding machines, tooling and plant equipment.
• Oversee equipment calibration activities, documentation and compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and drive resolution of recurring equipment and process issues.
• Partner with Production, Engineering and Quality to identify and implement process improvements, cost reductions and productivity gains.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and performance management for maintenance technicians and technical staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance or manufacturing engineering, preferably in moulding environments.
• Proven experience managing maintenance for moulding equipment and tooling in a GMP‑regulated setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
