Luxury Travel Consultant – Weddings & Honeymoons

About the role

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to join its North Strathfield team. You will guide couples through destination weddings, group travel, and honeymoon planning, turning enquiries into bespoke journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from CRM and social channels, qualify prospects and convert them into bookings against clear conversion targets.
• Design and co‑create luxury travel packages, coordinating with travel suppliers, destination management companies and internal product teams.
• Arrange guest room blocks, experiences and travel insurance for wedding parties and plan personalised honeymoon itineraries.
• Collaborate with ticketing, payments, accounting and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of travel sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales or conversion targets.
• Experience in premium or luxury travel, including hotels, resorts, villas, groups or destination weddings.
• Ability to work full‑time on a rotating 7‑day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking systems such as GDS, wholesale platforms or a CRM.
• Consultative sales approach across phone, email, WhatsApp and in‑person interactions.

• Base salary $65,000‑$70,000 AUD plus super and uncapped incentives per booking.
