Luxury Travel Consultant – Weddings & Honeymoons

About the role

Our consultants manage celebrations, turning destination wedding enquiries into complete travel experiences for couples and their guests. Based in North Strathfield, you will work with premium travel products and help create bespoke journeys from initial enquiry to final transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enquiries through CRM and social channels, qualify prospects and convert them into bookings against clear conversion targets.
• Design and build custom luxury travel packages for weddings, group stays, and honeymoons, coordinating with travel suppliers and destination management companies.
• Oversee guest room blocks, experiences, and travel insurance for wedding parties, and support the couple’s personal honeymoon itinerary.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of travel sales experience with a proven record of closed bookings and meeting sales targets.
• Experience in premium or luxury travel, including hotels, resorts, villas, and destination weddings.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with booking systems such as GDS, wholesale platforms or a CRM.
• Consultative sales approach across phone, email, WhatsApp and in‑person interactions.

• Base salary $65,000–$70,000 AUD plus super and uncapped incentives per booking.
