About the role
As a Luxury Brand Evaluator you will experience premium boutiques, digital storefronts and showrooms, providing feedback that helps top‑tier brands refine their customer journey. The role is freelance, allowing you to select missions that fit your schedule, typically lasting around 20 minutes.
Key responsibilities
- Select and complete evaluation missions that match your interests.
- Visit luxury locations or online platforms and observe all aspects of the experience, from ambiance to post‑purchase service.
- Submit your observations through a simple online questionnaire via the CXG Live app.
Required profile
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Passionate about luxury sectors such as fashion, beauty, hospitality or automotive.
- Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback promptly.
Required skills
- Good understanding of the automobile industry.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to discreetly note observations.
