About the role

JD Logistics is seeking a Logistics Sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for its supply chain services. The role involves engaging with new and existing customers, tailoring logistics solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and engage potential customers, understand their needs, and propose tailored logistics solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to execute customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Record sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Participate in industry conferences and trade shows.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the supply chain, especially warehousing and distribution.
• Deep knowledge of 3PL services, supply chain operations, and freight management.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage clients at all levels.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English.
