Logistics & Fleet Consultant

About the role

Proxima is seeking a Logistics & Fleet Consultant to join its client‑facing teams. You will work on high‑impact commercial, sourcing and supplier initiatives, turning data into actionable insights and delivering measurable change for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery across multiple client engagements, contributing to category management and sourcing strategy.
• Identify opportunities, conduct supplier research and perform commercial analysis.
• Build structured fact bases, analyse data and present clear insights to inform decisions.
• Track benefits, monitor progress against milestones and ensure analyses are accurate and decision‑oriented.
• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements, align objectives and communicate findings professionally.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions and day‑to‑day client interactions.
• Operate in a hybrid model, balancing on‑site, home and office work, and travel as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in consulting, procurement, supply chain or a related analytical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven ability to support project delivery and manage stakeholder engagement across workstreams.
• Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data.
• Consulting mindset with proactive, ownership‑oriented approach.
• Comfort in fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environments and willingness to travel.
