About the role
Abano Healthcare is seeking AHPRA‑registered dentists for locum placements across Australia, offering flexibility to work in metro, regional and coastal locations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning in general dentistry.
- Provide a range of treatments including restorations, extractions and urgent care.
- Manage patient flow and prioritize emergency cases.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with Australian standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years practising dentistry in Australia.
- Confident working independently across general and emergency dentistry.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Professional indemnity insurance.

- $800 base retainer per working day or 40% commission, whichever is greater.
