Litigation/Regulatory Lawyer – Senior Associate (OGC)

About the role
Join PwC Australia’s Office of General Counsel as a Senior Associate in the Litigation, Regulatory and Counselling team. You will work closely with senior lawyers and business stakeholders to manage regulatory compliance and litigation matters across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Support senior lawyers on all aspects of regulatory matters, including statutory obligations and auditor breach reporting.
- Assist in managing actual and threatened litigation and other contentious issues.
- Review, analyse and prepare legal advice for internal clients, collaborating with risk and compliance teams.
- Provide pragmatic, focused solutions to mitigate legal risk and address business challenges.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a law firm.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across business units, OGC colleagues and external law firms.
- Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and ability to draft clear legal documents.
- Efficient, organised, and capable of prioritising tasks and managing workflow expectations.
