Key responsibilities

- Lead the commercial conversation from qualification through proposal to close, understanding how the firm operates and where technology creates friction.
- Work closely with technical specialists, solution architects and delivery teams while owning the client relationship and sales process.
- Write clear, commercially credible proposals and ensure smooth handovers into implementation.
Required profile
- At least five years' experience in consultative B2B sales, solution consulting or technology consulting.
- Experience selling into law firms or professional services organisations.
- Experience with managed services, legal technology, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, document management or practice management platforms.

- Natural curiosity about AI and use of AI in daily work.
Required skills
- Strong discovery skills and disciplined opportunity qualification.
- Excellent written communication and proposal development.
- Ability to understand AI, cybersecurity and cloud services and know when to involve technical specialists.
- High commercial standards.
- Experience with legal technologies such as iManage, NetDocuments, LEAP, Clio, Actionstep, Affinity, PracticeEvolve, Thomson Reuters or LexisNexis is highly regarded but not essential.
What we offer
- Remuneration of AUD 180,000 to 250,000 with base-weighted pay and performance incentives.
- Hybrid work and flexible hours.
- Paid study days, structured professional development, weekly technical training and mentoring.
- Generous parental leave, wellbeing programs and extra leave for volunteering.
- Referral bonuses and profit share, subject to eligibility.
- Free access to Uprise, including confidential coaching with psychologists and counsellors.
