Rental Sales Agent - Sydney Airport

About the role

SIXT Australia, part of the NRMA family, is hiring a full-time Rental Sales Agent (38 hours per week) at Sydney Airport. The role is internally referred to as Customer Experience Agent. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling rental agreements and inquiries while managing bookings and customer data.

Key responsibilities

• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries in an organised, service-oriented way
• Tailor offers based on the wide range of available products and fleet
• Manage bookings and customer data accurately and securely through the company's tech platforms
• Uphold SIXT Australia's service standards, compliance and operating protocols

Required profile

• Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable but not essential
• Provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia
• Willingness to work a rotating roster from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends and public holidays
• Successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check
