Legal Professionals (Mid‑Senior Level) – Hybrid

About the role

Hire Resolve is partnering with legal organisations across Australia to recruit experienced legal professionals for mid‑senior level positions in a hybrid work environment. The role offers a clear progression path toward senior specialist and leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide commercially focused legal advice on operational and strategic matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts and legal documents.
• Support corporate, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, privacy, procurement and governance matters.
• Manage external counsel, budgets and timelines.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend pragmatic mitigations.
• Maintain accurate legal records, contract repositories and matter documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) and admission as an Australian lawyer with a practising certificate.
• 5–12+ years of progressive legal experience in‑house or private practice.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one area such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment, regulatory, disputes, compliance, privacy or legal operations.
