About the role
This position supports a senior Corporate M&A partner who also serves on the board, playing a key part in high‑level corporate transactions. You will ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and help drive the execution of mergers and acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing legal documents and reports for corporate transactions.
- Conduct research and analysis to support M&A activities.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather information and provide updates.
- Manage the senior partner’s schedule, travel arrangements, and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a legal environment supporting senior lawyers.
- Strong capability in document management and legal research.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
