Legal Counsel – Infrastructure & Sustainability

About the role

Join a leading infrastructure and sustainability business as a Legal Counsel, working at the heart of major construction, energy and infrastructure projects. You will advise senior leaders and stakeholders on complex commercial arrangements, procurement strategies and long‑term operational partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on major infrastructure, construction and energy projects.
• Support strategic procurement, tender processes and complex commercial contracting.
• Assist with project delivery, operational arrangements and risk management.
• Drive governance, compliance initiatives and contribute to business strategy.

Required profile

• 6+ years post‑qualification experience in private practice, in‑house, or a mix thereof.
• Background in construction, infrastructure, energy or commercial contracting.
• Practical, commercially aware mindset with a solution‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Legal expertise in construction and infrastructure contracts.
• Understanding of procurement and tender processes.
• Risk management and governance knowledge.
