About the role
Join a growing construction team as a Legal Counsel, providing commercially‑focused advice to clients across various sectors. The role emphasizes front‑end construction matters, particularly contracting and commercial guidance, with flexible remote work options.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on construction projects, aligning legal solutions with commercial objectives.
- Draft, negotiate and review construction contracts and related commercial documents.
Required profile
- At least 5 years post‑admission experience in private practice, in‑house, or a mix of both.
- Front‑end construction experience with a passion for contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong commercial judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Australian admission, a current or eligible practising certificate, and full Australian working rights.
