About the role
A global leader in infrastructure and mobility solutions is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its in‑house legal team in Sydney. The role focuses on construction and commercial contracts within a small, collaborative legal team.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction and commercial contracts
- Advising the business on contractual risk and strategy
- Supporting governance and compliance matters
- Engaging with internal stakeholders and external advisors
Required profile
- At least 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) with a construction law background
- Experience in contract administration or litigation within a construction or infrastructure environment is considered
