Lecturer – Aged Care

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lecturer in Aged Care to join Central Regional TAFE on a permanent full‑time basis. You will deliver high‑quality training, helping students develop both practical and theoretical skills in a dynamic learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum-aligned training sessions, assess student performance and provide mentorship.
• Stay current with industry developments and incorporate up‑to‑date information into teaching practice.
• Undertake professional activities related to course delivery and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant Australian qualification in Aged Care (e.g., Certificate IV in Aged Care or Diploma of Nursing).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent teaching qualification with Assessor Skill Set).
• Current Australian work rights; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Recent Department of Education Criminal Clearance and a valid Working with Children Check.
