Leasing Professional – Apartment Tours & Sales

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Leasing Professional to showcase our premium apartments to prospective residents. You will guide warm, pre‑qualified leads through personalized tours, build relationships and help them secure a lease in a vibrant community.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tailored apartment tours highlighting amenities such as lagoon pools, wellness areas, wine bar, Pilates studio and fully equipped gym.
• Engage with warm leads, answer questions and nurture relationships to convert enquiries into signed leases.
• Collaborate with the Central Leasing Team to ensure smooth administrative support and accurate record‑keeping.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively present the features and benefits of each residence.
