Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day community operations, ensuring high resident satisfaction.
• Oversee leasing activities, from prospecting to lease execution.
• Coordinate events, wellbeing programs, and community activation initiatives.
• Maintain building systems, facilities, and trade services to uphold safety and quality standards.
• Provide front‑of‑house and concierge services, handling resident inquiries and service requests.

Required profile

• Experience in property, hospitality, or student accommodation environments.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, service‑driven setting.
• Leadership qualities for senior onsite roles or supportive skills for assistant positions.
