Developments and Projects Analyst

About the role

You will deliver strategic and operational insights to support planning, execution and delivery of major development and capital projects, bridging project teams, finance and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Support evaluation of new development proposals with financial modelling, ROI analysis and scenario planning, preparing detailed business cases.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets and schedules, analyse actual versus forecast performance and report variances.
• Engage with project managers, finance, engineering, legal and other stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify inefficiencies, maintain documentation standards and control mechanisms, and develop models, trackers and templates using Excel, Power BI and other tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Property or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in business/commercial analysis or project support, preferably in property development, infrastructure or construction.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and data interpretation skills with excellent communication abilities.
