Learning Facilitator

About the role

The Learning Facilitator will support the design and delivery of modern, engaging learning solutions for Amana Living’s aged‑care workforce. Working under the Manager L&OD and in partnership with operational teams, you will help build capability and translate learning into everyday practice.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and deliver face‑to‑face, virtual and on‑the‑job learning experiences that are learner‑centred.
• Contribute to the design, development and continuous improvement of learning programmes.
• Support leaders and teams to embed learning outcomes into routine care delivery.
• Facilitate workplace assessments and promote a culture of curiosity, reflection and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Nursing (Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Current APHRA registration without restrictions.
• Ability to obtain a valid National Police Clearance and meet pre‑employment medical and reference checks.
• Current flu vaccination as per Amana Living policy.
