About the role
Join Downer’s permanent workforce at the Greenbank Training Area as a Leading Hand – Land Management, supporting Defence estate services across NSW/ACT and QLD.
Key responsibilities
- Provide basic supervision of grounds and garden maintenance teams to ensure estate upkeep.
- Supervise inspection, maintenance and upkeep of site grounds and gardens.
- Ensure work aligns with Gardens and Grounds requirements and delivery plans.
Required profile
- Certificate III/IV in Horticulture (desirable) or Diploma in Landscape Management (desirable).
- Grounds maintenance experience and horticulture expertise.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required).
- Current open driver’s licence.
