Leader Band B-1 Coordinator – Maths & Science

About the role

The school is seeking a Leader Band B-1 Coordinator to oversee the delivery of mathematics and science programmes across the secondary campus. This senior leadership position reports to senior school management and contributes to strategic planning and curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the mathematics and science teaching teams.
• Develop, implement and review curriculum pathways to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
• Analyse student performance data and drive improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support teachers through professional development and coaching.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on school-wide policies and strategic goals.
• Manage resources, budgeting and staffing for the maths and science departments.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience in secondary mathematics or science.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in an educational setting.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
