Lead – Retail Store

About the role

Join the upcoming Arc'teryx outlet store as a Lead, supporting the in‑store experience and driving exceptional guest service on the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead floor operations, manage opening and closing procedures, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Coach and develop product guides, support inventory management, and oversee visual merchandising.
• Handle POS transactions, including sales, warranties, trade‑ins, and returns.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on sales targets, labor and budget management, and community events.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail experience and at least one year of leadership experience.
• Strong customer‑service focus, excellent communication, and ability to give and receive feedback.
• Flexible availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts, including peak periods like Black Friday.
