About the role
Join the team at the new Arc'teryx store in South Wharf, delivering exceptional customer experiences and product expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Educate guests on products, process purchases, and handle warranties or damaged goods.
- Support in‑store events, conduct inventory counts, replenish stock and maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide feedback on merchandising to improve guest experience and sales.
- Collaborate positively with team members and leaders.
Required profile
- 2+ years retail sales experience.
- Passionate about customer service and outdoor activities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible availability for open, close and weekend shifts.
