About the role
Thinkerbell is seeking a Lead Design Tinker (Senior Designer) to drive creative and design leadership across a range of client projects in Sydney. You will mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help shape the agency’s design capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop bold, innovative design solutions that align with client objectives.
- Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior Design Tinkers.
- Collaborate with Thinkers and Tinkers to deliver ambitious, high‑impact work.
- Balance rapid delivery needs with opportunities for creative exploration.
Required profile
- Strong interest and proven ability in design, digital, and conceptual work.
- Experience leading design projects and guiding junior team members.
- Versatile, trend‑aware, and capable of translating ideas into compelling visuals.
Required skills
- Design thinking and visual communication.
- Leadership and mentorship abilities.
