Lawyer or Senior Associate - Financial Services Regulatory

About the role

McCullough Robertson's Corporate Advisory team is recruiting a lawyer or Senior Associate with specialist Financial Services Regulatory experience. The role covers a broad range of high-quality matters, advising fund managers, financial planners, stockbrokers, payment providers and foreign financial services providers.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review fund constitutions and trust deeds, disclosure documents, authorised representative agreements, investment management agreements, compliance plans, financial services guides and AML/CTF programs.
• Advise on financial services issues including wholesale and retail funds, payment providers and other financial service providers.
• Advise on AML/CTF compliance and the acquisition and disposal of funds management and financial services businesses.

Required profile

• At least four years' post-admission experience.
• Experience in financial services regulation, AML/CTF and broader corporate advisory work.
• Technical expertise applied to give clear, practical advice, with a client-focused approach.
• Enjoys a collaborative environment and wants to build their career in financial services law.
