A top-tier family law firm with offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne is recruiting a Family Law Associate for its Brisbane CBD team. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, gaining experience and mentorship from Accredited Specialists and seasoned professionals, with significant opportunities for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, spousal maintenance and domestic violence cases.
• Build strong client relationships and provide compassionate, strategic advice tailored to each client's needs.
• Represent clients in court, using litigation skills to protect their interests.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of family law professionals.
• Take part in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars and mentorship programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2-4 years of practice in family law, preferably from private practice.
• Proven ability to achieve billable targets and manage a diverse caseload.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
