Senior Property Lawyer - Hotel & Resorts

About the role

A Brisbane law firm is recruiting a Senior Property Lawyer with over 5 years of post-admission experience (PAE) to lead its growing property practice. The firm has recently acquired a local property practice, strengthening its position in the hotel, resort and pub industries, and is looking for someone to handle complex transactions for high-profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large-scale property transactions in the hotel, resorts and pub sectors
• Work alongside a team of associates and solicitors in the firm's expansion strategy
• Build on an established client base; an interest in Wills & Estates is an opportunity to develop that area of practice

Required profile

• 5+ years of PAE in property law (private practice)
• Expertise in handling complex property transactions
• Experience in the hotel, resorts or pub industry is highly advantageous
• Ability to manage and grow an established client base
• Leadership skills and a desire to expand the firm's practice areas
