L2 Support Engineer – Healthcare IT

About the role

The L2 Support Engineer will provide technical support for Solventum's Health Information Systems (HIS) products, focusing on revenue cycle management and clinical productivity solutions. You will work closely with customers, third‑party vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage of our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L2 technical support for all Solventum HIS products, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Work with third‑party vendors to support integration of Solventum products with other systems.
• Participate in functional and user‑acceptance testing and contribute to business unit goals.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of technical support or implementation experience (or three years with a high‑school diploma).
• Strong communication skills, able to interact with C‑suite executives down to front‑line users.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global, fast‑paced team.

Required skills

• Technical support and troubleshooting of HIS applications.
• System operations including monitoring, reporting, and incident resolution.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and convey them to users of varying technical levels.
