IT Systems Engineer – PIMS Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join a major technology transformation project focused on deploying a new Practice Information Management System (PIMS) across clinics and hospitals. The role is hands‑on, project‑focused and will involve close collaboration with project teams, vendors and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support infrastructure solutions for the PIMS rollout, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Azure services.
• Deploy endpoints, configure modern workplace services, and ensure clinic infrastructure readiness for printing and other peripherals.
• Produce technical documentation, conduct testing and provide rollout support across multiple sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Systems or Infrastructure Engineer delivering outcomes in large technology projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
