L2 Support Engineer

About the role

Solventum is seeking an L2 Support Engineer to provide technical support for its Health Information Systems products, focusing on Revenue Cycle Management and Clinical Productivity solutions. The role involves collaborating with customers and third‑party vendors to ensure successful integration and usage of the solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all Solventum HIS products related to revenue cycle and clinical productivity.
• Collaborate with customers to understand needs and ensure successful product usage.
• Work with third‑party vendors to support integration of Solventum products with other systems.
• Participate in functional and user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, guides, and onsite meetings to ensure client success.

Required profile

• Experience communicating with C‑suite executives down to front‑line users.
• Strong listening, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts with a customer‑oriented approach.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Motivated, dedicated and able to maintain professional customer relations in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Technical support and implementation experience (2‑5 years).
• System operations including monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of health‑care information systems (HIS) and health information management (HIM) concepts.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and communicate them to clients of varying technical skill levels.
