Website Content Migration Specialist

About the role

Greencross Pet Wellness Company is seeking an experienced Website Content Migration Specialist on a 3‑month contract to support the migration of website content to a new digital platform. The role is based in the North Ryde support office and will work closely with the project team and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate, review and remediate approved website content in Directus using agreed templates and CMS components.
• Validate migrated pages against design specifications, correcting missing, duplicate or obsolete content.
• Manage images and assets, preparing them for migration and ensuring proper optimisation.
• Develop and edit website copy to align with brand guidelines, tone of voice and page objectives.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to implement migration‑related SEO recommendations.
• Proofread and review migrated pages for accuracy, formatting, links, metadata and accessibility.

Required profile

• Previous experience in website content management, digital content production or website migration.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle high volumes of repetitive tasks.
• Collaborative, flexible and able to adapt to changing project priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with a content management system, preferably Directus or component‑based CMS.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices for website content.
• Ability to prepare and optimise images for digital channels.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Competence with spreadsheets, content trackers and project management tools.
