Key Account Manager (Victoria)

About the role

Join the Motors team at Gumtree Group as a Key Account Manager for Victoria. You will drive commercial excellence, build strong relationships with customers across Autotrader Group, CarsGuide and Gumtree, and help clients achieve sustainable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and act as the primary point of contact for all Autotrader Group matters.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline, meet quarterly sales targets, and pitch the full product portfolio to existing clients.
• Monitor site performance in key sectors, ensure visitation cycles are completed every three months, and keep service levels high.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Key Account Manager or in solution‑based sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to use insights to influence decisions.
• Self‑starter attitude, adaptable, motivated and able to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Salesforce experience (advantageous).
