Key Account Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

BevChain, a leading beverage supply chain specialist and subsidiary of Linfox, is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of valued customers across its national network. You will be the primary relationship owner, responsible for governance, performance, retention and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring contracted services and performance measures are delivered.
• Build trusted relationships with operational, commercial and executive stakeholders to support customer retention and growth.
• Establish and maintain customer governance frameworks, including operational, business, strategic and executive reviews.
• Develop account plans that identify strategic priorities, commercial opportunities, operational risks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and support opportunities to grow share of wallet, expand services and renew customer agreements.
• Monitor customer performance, analyse operational and commercial data, and translate insights into practical recommendations.

Required profile

• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with ability to balance customer expectations, contractual requirements, operational performance and commercial priorities.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transport or FMCG.
• Strong customer governance and stakeholder engagement skills across operational, commercial and executive levels.
• Proven ability to identify and support customer growth, contract renewals, service expansion and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Experience handling customer issues and escalations while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Required skills
